Very well sized and well-kept single home for 4 persons in the old town. This holiday house is close to the old church. The harbour, the ferry to the Priwall and the Travepromenade are within walking distance. Many shops and restaurants are close by. The distance to the beach is about 900m. To the house with six rooms belongs a terrace and a big well-kept garden with parking place on the property (laid out with white/ grey pebbles), which can be reached via Hirtengang - then right (on the right hand side white garage with grey gate). The train station "Travemünde Hafen" is in 5 minutes walking distance.

Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are inclusive in the price. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apatment. WiFi available (information in the house or by picking-up the keys upon check-in). Arrival is only possible from 3 pm on.

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
