MARITIM RESIDENCE, 1-room apartment, approx. 31 m², bright and friendly, with fantastic panoramic views from the 25th floor over the Bay of Lübeck.

The Maritim hotel is located at the Baltic Sea beach, right at the mouth of the Trave and next to the promenade. The total height is 125m. The hotel rooms are placed from the 4th floor onwards to the 13th floor, on all other floors up to the 32nd floor are condominiums, which also can be rent partially as vacation apartments. All floors on the Maritim can be reached by an elevator. There are no public stairways only fire exit stairs. Also there is in 114,7 metres one of Europe's highest lighthouse: the maritime illumination atop the hotel, it replaced Germany’s oldest lighthouse, the Travemünder Leuchtturm

They receive a transponder chip with which they can open the entrance door to the residence, unlock the elevators and open the apartment door.

The apartment is located on the 25th floor of the MARITIM RESIDENCE. When you reach the 25th floor, turn right. The apartment (number 223a) is on the left (penultimate door). On the apartment door, press any key on the door lock and hold the transponder on the keyboard. Then open the door with the rotary knob for about 10-15 seconds.

Final cleaning is inclusive. A linen package (bed linen, towels, shower mats, tea towel) can be purchased for a fee of € 20,- per person, at least one week before arrival, to be booked. No pets allowed. Nonsmoker.

Free WIFI: Terms and conditions of use: By using the free WIFI in the apartment you are accepting the terms and conditions of use of the owner of the apartment. Also the performance of guarantee minimum bandwidth can not be guaranteed. The terms and conditions and the current password for the free WIFI you will find in the apartment.

Parking card available in the Maritim parking garage. This parking card is available on request - after advanced consultation - and can be booked for
€ 10.00 per night.

You will find an outdoor parking space for bikes with holders next to the entrance of the residence

Wellness services such as swimming pool, sauna and beauty as well as restaurant and café are available in the house (for a fee).

Breakfast possible in the hotel, please ask for price and capacity in the hotel directly.

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.

Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Cancellation policy :
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).
