The Maritim hotel is located at the Baltic Sea beach, right at the passage of the river Trave into the Baltic Sea and next to the promenade. The total height is 125m. The hotel rooms are placed from the 4th floor onwards to the 13th floor, on all other floors up to the 32nd floor are condominiums, which also can be rent partially as vacation apartments. All floors on the Maritim can be reached by an elevator. There are no public stairways only fire exit stairs. Also there is in 117 metres one of Europe's highest lighthouse: the maritime illumination atop the hotel, it replaced Germany’s oldest lighthouse, the Travemünder Leuchtturm.
Bed linen, towels, final cleaning, parking place in the underground parking garage (nr 271) are inclusive. Lift available. Free WIFI (access code is in a folder in the apartment). The final cleaning of € 75.00 is already included in the total. Pets are not allowed.
You will find an outdoor parking space for bikes with holders next to the entrance of the residence
Important information for the parking card : at the first barrier you have to put the parking card in the lower box for plastic cards only to open the barrier system. Please drive towards lower level to pass a second barrier, please also put the parking card on the feeler ( round button) to open the second barrier. It is important that you put the parking card once and only as long as the barrier openson the feeler. If you don't do it you might get problems. On the lower level there is a reserved parking place nr. 271. Please note if you don't pass the second barrier you can not exit anymore the underground parking garage. Only if you pay the amount due at the automatic cash register you will get free exit access again.
Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Easy cancellation:
A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 3 days prior to your arrival. A cancellation after this point will be charged at 90% of the total price.
Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).
Arrival from 2:30 pm / departure till 11 am
For your arrival : you will receive the keys to your accommodation at the Tourist-Information in Travemünde, Am Leuchtenfeld 10a (tel : +49 4502 99890 153 / 154). During the main season (Easter-October) you may arrive Mo-Fr between 2:30 and 6 pm and in the winter time (November-Easter) Mo-Fr between 2:30 and 5 pm. You will find the exact opening hours under Tourist-Information Travemünde ( travemuende-tourismus.de ). Outside opening hours the keys will be awaiting you in a key safe next to the side entrance oft he Tourist-Information Travemünde. Please ask early enough for the informations about your access code for the key safe. Dear guest, if you did not register a cellphone number or an email address in your booking procedure, please look out for yourself in case of a late arrival for our opening hours under fewo@luebeck-tourismus.de or call one of the phone numbers above so that we can give you an access code to the key safe otherwise we can not guarantee for a smooth arrival.
