We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living.

The Maritim hotel is located at the Baltic Sea beach, right at the passage of the river Trave into the Baltic Sea and next to the promenade. The total height is 125m. The hotel rooms are placed from the 4th floor onwards to the 13th floor, on all other floors up to the 32nd floor are condominiums, which also can be rent partially as vacation apartments. All floors on the Maritim can be reached by an elevator. There are no public stairways only fire exit stairs. Also there is in 117 metres one of Europe's highest lighthouse: the maritime illumination atop the hotel, it replaced Germany’s oldest lighthouse, the Travemünder Leuchtturm.

Bed linen and towels are inclusive. No pets allowed. Underground parking garage available only on request for € 10.00 per day. Final cleaning € 40.00 (is already included in the offer/booking). Non smoking apartment.

Important information for the parking card : at the first barrier you have to put the parking card in the lower box for plastic cards only to open the barrier system. Please drive towards lower level to pass a second barrier, please also put the parking card on the feeler ( round button) to open the second barrier. It is important that you put the parking card once and only as long as the barrier openson the feeler. If you don't do it you might get problems. On the lower level there is a reserved parking place nr. 193. Please note if you don't pass the second barrier you can not exit anymore the underground parking garage. Only if you pay the amount due at the automatic cash register you will get free exit access again.         

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).
