Located directly on the boulevard Kaiserallee in the sophisticated spa town of Travemuende, directly by the seaside promenade, you will find this beautiful holiday home.

The uniqueness of this 44sqm holiday appartment does not only derive from its outstanding position, but furthermore from the complete renovation and modernisation finished only just in June 2021.

The 2-room comfort-appartment is situated on the first floor of the building. There is a comfortable living room with a sleeping sofa that hosts up to two guests. The sofa contains two comfort matresses (80 x 200cm). The separate bedroom offers a double bed with two matresses (90 x 200cm).

Next to the living room, there is a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge, a cooker and a microwave. The appartment also offers a bathroom with a ground-level shower and a window.

It is also practical that the living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible from the apartment hallway and therefore this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Both the living room (with sea view) and the bedroom (with a view of the Kaiserallee) each have a spacious balcony with garden furniture! Guests have access to a 55 Smart TV in the living room and Wi-Fi.
