The studio is on the 3rd floor ( lift available) in a small house.

Short-time parking to load or unload your car infront of the building is tolerated free of charge. A long-stay parking space is available upon request in 80 metres distance for a daily rate of € 3.50. If you qish to place a reservation for the parking space, please contact your landlady directly. You will receive the contact details with your booking confirmation.

Bed linen and towels are already included in the final price. The final cleaning of € 40.00 is already included in the total of the offer / booking. Pets are not allowed. Parking on request with an extra charge is available in 80 metres distance. The apartment comes with wifi.

Bicycles storage room in the basement. 

Easy cancellation warranty:
A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 7 days prior to your arrival. A cancellation after this point will be charged at 100% of the total price.

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.
