General information

Simple but functional two-room non-smoking apartment on the 1st floor. Floor without lift, only five minutes walk from the centre of the old town island. In case of an occupancy of two persons only one room is available. If the App. is used by one or two persons, an extra charge of € 15,- per night will be made when using the additional bedroom (from two nights stay € 12,- per night)

Additional information

Included in the price: bed linen, towels, freezer and use of washing machine.
Power consumption will be charged extra (€ 0.30/kwh).
If you stay with one or two persons and wish to use the separate bedroom there will be an extra charge of € 15.00 per night (if you stay longer than two nights, the extra charge will be € 12.00 per night).

Easy cancellation warranty until 31.12.2022:
A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 3 days prior to your arrival. A cancellation after this point will be charged at 90% of the total price.
