Apartment complex at the Kaiserallee, directly at the beach promenade. Lift is available.
Final cleaning is inclusive, bed linen and towels € 10.00 per person are already included in the total. No pets allowed. Non-smoking apartment. Outside parking place Nr.17. Free WIFI (access code is in the appartement), free use of the telephone. Bicycle can be stored in the underground parking garage.
Please be so kind and do not leave the door key inside the door. If you do so you can not open the door from outside anymore!
Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage.
Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
Arrival from 4:00 pm / departure till 11 am
For your arrival : you will receive the keys to your accommodation at the Tourist-Information in Travemünde, Am Leuchtenfeld 10a (tel : +49 4502 99890 153 / 154). During the main season (Easter-October) you may arrive Mo-Fr between 2:30 and 6 pm and in the winter time (November-Easter) Mo-Fr between 2:30 and 5 pm. You will find the exact opening hours under Tourist-Information Travemünde ( travemuende-tourismus.de ). Outside opening hours the keys will be awaiting you in a key safe next to the side entrance oft he Tourist-Information Travemünde. Please ask early enough for the informations about your access code for the key safe. Dear guest, if you did not register a cellphone number or an email address in your booking procedure, please look out for yourself in case of a late arrival for our opening hours under fewo@luebeck-tourismus.de or call one of the phone numbers above so that we can give you an access code to the key safe otherwise we can not guarantee for a smooth arrival.
