General information

Hotel Excelsior offers first-class hotel comfort and a cosy and pleasant atmosphere, 81 comfortable and tastefully furnished rooms. Conference room, three elevators as well as limited car park in front of the hotel and an underground garage for € 10,- per night(reservation not possible) are available. Hotel Excelsior is centrally situated, only a five minute walking to the Holsten Gate and the railway station.

Pets are wecome in our hotel, we charge EURO 12,- per night.

Additional information

Flat-iron and iron-board free of charge, limited parkingplaces for free (no reservation possible), underground-parking € 10.00 per night (no reservation possible), pet € 12.00 per night, baby bed € 5,- per night.
Halfboard and fullboard from 20 persons upon order in advance.

Cancellation free of charge until 6pm on arrival date, otherwise we charge cancellation fees of 90% for total stay.

For arrival time after 6pm we need a credit card guarantee, otherwise we have to cancel the reservation.

For the period 23.11.-22.12.19 und 27.-31.12.19 we have the following cancellation deadline:

Until 7 days before arrival cancellation free of charge, after this date we charge 90% cancellation fees for total amount.

For this time period we only accept bookings with a credit card guarantee.

For groups there are special cancellation terms.

Check-in 3.00 p.m. / Check-out 11.00 a.m.

On motorway A1 exit at Lübeck-Zentrum. After takting the first turn at An der Lohmühle (Roundabout), turn left at the following intersection onto Fackenburger Allee.
At Lindenplatz, turn right at the first street into Hansestrasse. The Hotel Excelsior is located only a few meters away to your left.
