General information

We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living.

Nice family house with big garden with close distance to the green beach of Travemünde.

Additional information

Bed linen, one set of towels per person, dishtowels and table clothes are included. Non-smoking apartment.
Pets are allowed at an extra charge of € 30.00 cleaning and € 10.00 per night.

Upon request additional sets of towels are available for extra charge. An additional cleaning is also available for extra charge.

Wi-Fi is available (the access code is in the welcome folder, which is in the flat). The WIFI connection is unfortunately not working very well which may be due to the location of the house. This will not be a reason of complaint.

Bicycles can be parked on the property.

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.
1. 1.-14. 5. and 15. 9.-31.12. € 1.60 p.p./day
15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel the booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel later than 30 days before arrival, the entire rental fee must be paid. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

General information

Arrival from 2.30 pm / departure until 11 am

For your arrival: you will receive the keys to your accommodation at the Tourist-Information in Travemünde, Am Leuchtenfeld 10a (tel: +49 451 8899700).
During the main season (Easter-October) you may arrive Mo-Fr between 2.30 and 6 pm and in the winter time (November-Easter) Mo-Fr between 2.30 and 5 pm. You will find the opening times for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays on our website https://www.visit-travemuende.com/poi/tourist-information-travemunde

Outside our opening hours the keys will be awaiting you in a key safe next to the side entrance of the Tourist-Information Travemünde. Please ask early enough for the information about your access code for the safe. Dear guest, if you did not register a cellphone number or an email address during your booking procedure, please write us a message in case of a late arrival during our opening hours via fewo@luebeck-tourismus.de so that we can give you an access code to the key safe. Otherwise we cannot guarantee for a smooth arrival.
