Bed linen, towels, parking place in the underground parking garage (nr.31) are inclusive. Attention! The entrance of the underground parking garage is narrow ! Lift available.  Free WIFI ( access code is in a folder in the apartment). Pets allowed only on request ( € 10,00 per night).

Final cleaning is inclusive with a stay of 7 days and more, with a short stay the final cleaning will be charged once € 65,--(is in the total already included).  

Liability: Park at your own risk.It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage .Please pay attention of your car size ( width and height).

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not inclusive in your booking and need to be paid separately.
01.01.-14.05. and 15.09.-31.12. € 1,40 p.p./day. 15.05.-14.09. € 2,80 p.p./day.

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH, will charge you € 29,00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment.
For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
