General information

Welcome to one of the many apartments of our vacation rental service Travemünde! This is where you will find a home for as long as you wish to stay.

The Maritim stands directly next to both the Travemünde Beach and the estuary of the Trave. It towers the waters with its 125 meters. The hotel is located on the 5th to the 14th floors. All the other floors are private apartments partly in use for vacation rentals. All floors can be reached with the elevators. There are no regular stairs (only the fire exit stairs). Europe highest lighthouse light is on the rooftop in 114,7 m height. This light took over in 1974 for the oldest lighthouse Germany, the old Travemünde Lighthouse, stuck only a few meters behind the tower.

Additional information

Linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the final price. Parking space included . NON-SMOKING APARTMENT. No pets allowed.

You will find an outdoor parking space for bikes with holders next to the entrance of the residence.

Be aware of the maximum height of 1,85 m in the parking garage. Parking space without a specified number.

Lay the parking card in the tray to open the gate. With this card you can park on any space available on the level you drive in or on the upper level. You will not be able to drive on to the underground level.

ATTENTION: should the gate be open lay the card in the tray anyway! The card has to be encoded on both ways: you will not be able to drive in or out the next time if you miss a step!

You will find an elevator to the reception of the Maritim Residence in the garage.

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Easy cancellation:
A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 3 days prior to your arrival. A cancellation after this point will be charged at 90% of the rental price.

General information

Arrival from 2.30 pm / departure until 11 am

For your arrival: you will receive the keys to your accommodation at the Tourist-Information in Travemünde, Am Leuchtenfeld 10a (tel: +49 451 8899700). During the main season (Easter-October) you may arrive Mo-Fr between 2.30 and 6 pm and in the winter time (November-Easter) Mo-Fr between 2.30 and 5 pm. You will find the opening times for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays on our website https://www.visit-travemuende.com/poi/tourist-information-travemunde

Outside our opening hours the keys will be awaiting you in a key safe next to the side entrance of the Tourist-Information Travemünde. Please ask early enough for the information about your access code for the safe. Dear guest, if you did not register a cellphone number or an email address during your booking procedure, please write us a message in case of a late arrival during our opening hours via fewo@luebeck-tourismus.de so that we can give you an access code to the key safe. Otherwise we cannot guarantee for a smooth arrival.
