We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living.
Modernized 2-room-Oldtownhouse in historic old Travemünde near harbour, restaurants, shops, 2 floors, courtyard, central but calm romantically hidden in a side way. The chain, which is located in front of the aisle can be opened on the side by a snap hook - please also close again.
Inclusive: water, heat, power, WIFI (access code is in a folder in the apartment), parking place in the Vogteistraße (about 5 minutes walking distance). The parking place is behind the villa opposite the shop TEDI (next to the train crossing/ Rose), narrow entrance (cars with a width of 2,15 m are possible to drive through, it's better to park backwards ) Vogteistr. 52, no.5, behind the house left and then right. There is a sign "Ankerstern".
Exclusive: With a short stay for up to 6 days the final cleaning will be charged once with € 95.00 (already included in the total of the offer/ booking). With a stay of 7 days and more the final cleaning will be with no charge. Bed linen/ towels will be charged € 20.00 per person and is already included in the offer / booking.
Non smoking apartment, no pets allowed. Bicycles can not be stored, there is no bike storage room, but it is possible to store the bicycles in front of the house, no liability is assumed. Good housing conditions, 2-3 persons. 4 persons are not requested. On request 2 adults and 2 children up to 15 years, the fourth person will be charged with € 20.00 per night
Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not inclusive in your booking and need to be paid separately.
1. 1.-14. 5. and 15. 9.-31.12. € 1.60 p.p./day. 15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day.
Cancellation policy :
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
Arrival from 2:30 pm / departure till 11 am
For your arrival : you will receive the keys to your accommodation at the Tourist-Information in Travemünde, Am Leuchtenfeld 10a (tel : +49 4502 99890 153 / 154). During the main season (Easter-October) you may arrive Mo-Fr between 2:30 and 6 pm and in the winter time (November-Easter) Mo-Fr between 2:30 and 5 pm. You will find the exact opening hours under Tourist-Information Travemünde ( travemuende-tourismus.de ). Outside opening hours the keys will be awaiting you in a key safe next to the side entrance oft he Tourist-Information Travemünde. Please ask early enough for the informations about your access code for the key safe. Dear guest, if you did not register a cellphone number or an email address in your booking procedure, please look out for yourself in case of a late arrival for our opening hours under fewo@luebeck-tourismus.de or call one of the phone numbers above so that we can give you an access code to the key safe otherwise we can not guarantee for a smooth arrival.
