Separate private room in lovingly restored middle-aged Old Town house with an idyllic courtyard.
Central but very quiet location: 50 m to the picturesque area of the 'Obertrave' - the ideal place to stroll, two minutes to the famous Holsten Gate, three minutes to the Town Hall (Old Town centre) and ten minutes to the train station.

Breakfast can optionally be booked on site for € 10,-
Included: bed linen. Cot available. Parking space (in the multi-storey car park, within walking distance) available: € 6,- per day.
Please contact the landlord a few days before arrival to announce your arrival time.

Cancellation:
The guest is obliged to pay the following price to the landlord in case of non-use of the contractual services for the booked and promised period:
- in case of cancellation up to 14 days before the beginning of the rental period 50% of the agreed rental price
- in case of later cancellation 80% of the agreed rental price.
