In the well-kept residential complex Parkresidenz on Kaiserallee, one of the most exclusive residential complexes in Travemünde, directly on the lawn and only 50 meters from the tranquil section of the beach promenade and the Baltic Sea, you will find a high-quality, 60 square meter two-room non-smoking apartment (living room 33 m² and separate bedroom with double bed) on the high ground floor with a wonderful lake view from all windows. Washing machine and dryer use is possible in the laundry room for a small fee. A fee is charged for using the in-house sauna. The location of the apartment offers the possibility of both beach life and sporting activities, but is also an ideal starting point for hikes or bike tours along the nearby Brodtner shore or the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast or for trips to Lübeck, Lüneburg, Hamburg etc.
