Beautiful holiday apartment with sea view and many extras. Spacious balcony. In the holiday apartment there are a swimming pool and a sauna. Pure nature – the complex is surrounded by a terrace – embedded in a marvellous green area – from the roof terrace you have a view over the Trave river and the Baltic Sea.

Payment: After your booking a pre-payment needs to be made (25% of the total amount). Please pay the rest six weeks prior to arrival the latest.
In general, the rent price needs to be transfered. If you book two days prior to arrival or even later, it is possible to pay on the spot. However, in this case an additional fee of € 15.00 will be charged.
Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not inclusive in your booking and needs to be paid separately.
01.01.-14.05. and 15.09.-31.12. € 1.40 per person/day. 15.05.-14.09. € 2.80 per person/day.
Cancellation conditions:
Up to four weeks prior to arrival you can cancel your stay free of charge. The pre-payment (25% of the total amount) will not be reimbursed.
