Bed linen, towels and dishes are inclusive. Pets are not allowed, only non-smokers, a parking place is available on the opposite side of the Kurgartenstraße 119. Parking place/ garage nr. 8 (please do not lock it). Wifi code is 1759387018392011, this information is also written in the information folder in the apartment. 

Bicycles can be parked in the lockable yard gate. Furthermore, there is a storage possibility in the garage.

Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.
1. 1.-14. 5. and 15. 9.-31.12. € 1.60 p.p./day
15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel the booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel later than 30 days before arrival, the entire rental fee must be paid. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
