We warmly welcome you! Lübeck offers a variety of culture. It is close to the Baltic Sea and Hamburg. The apartments are the centre of all your activities and are as well a place to relax. Our houses are historical and ideal for families, business travellers or mechanics and centrally located. A bus stop is only 50 m away and the pedestrian zone is in walking distance a few minutes away. Non-smoking houses. No pets allowed. WLAN is available. You will get the access code at the reception.

Please mind that there are currently some building works nearby. Those building works will lead to increased noise pollution within the normal working hours. Behind your outside seating space towards the direction of the patio, you will find a hoarding.

You will get the exact direction to the apartment from the owner separately.

Included in the price:
- parking place for all houses in front of the door.
- Bed linen and final cleaning.

Payment information: After your booking you will receive a separate booking confirmation and bill from the landlord. Please transfer the amount due in advance to the banking account of the landlord. By short term booking please pay in cash directly upon arrival.

Cancellation fee:
- up to 45 days upon arrival date 15%
- up to 31 days upon arrival date 25%
- up to 21 days upon arrival date 50%
- up to 11 days upon arrival date 80% less than 11 days 90% of the travel price will be charged.

A parking space is available for each house. It is a courtyard parking lot, which is located behind the house.

The entrance is via the street Purgatory. Please pick up the key at the information desk of Marienkrankenhaus in the street "Parade".
