Apartment house in the Kaiserallee. Quiet location, approx. 50m distance from the pier (Seebrücke) and the beach.

Bed linen, towels and parking place are inclusive. Outdoor parking place Nr. 4. Final cleaning of € 50.00 is already included in the offer/booking, by staying 7 days and more final cleaning will not be charged. 15 stair steps to the main entrance, to avoid staircase you can use the side entrance of the basement and take the lift to the apartment.
Non-smoking apartment. Pets allowed. Washing machine and dryer available (with coin slot, please register).

Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
