Situated not far from the Brodtener steep bank at the Lübecker bay (Baltic Sea) we invite you to enjoy the nature between the beaches of Travemünde and Timmendorf. Families with children, grandparents and grandchildren are particularly welcome. You are also welcome to bring your pets with you by arrangement. The Brodtener steep bank with a view of the Baltic Sea invites you to take long walks with your family and your dog or even a bike tour. The shore for fishing e. g. for sea trouts is also popular. Those who like it more sporty will get their money's worth here also. The panorama hiking or bike trail is perfect for morning jogging and Nordic walking. At the beaches you and your children can swim and romp to your heart's content. In our holiday house Adrian you are always welcome to spend a wonderful Baltic Sea holiday with your family and your loved ones.  The detached holiday home is situated on an approx. 1100m² large plot in a quiet location on the edge of the landscape conservation area. The holiday home offers a good and complete equipment. The holiday home has a total living area of 180m².

The holiday home Adrian is located in Lübeck-Brodten on a small and quiet residential street. The centre of Travemünde and the centre of Timmendorfer Strand, Niendorf are about 3km away.

The Baltic Sea with the famous Brodtener steep bank is approx. 800m away from the holiday house.

A panoramic hiking trail along the Brodtener bank connects the districts of Travemünde and Niendorf. The Brodtener bank with the steep coast is the extension of the Travemünder beach.

For family-friendly beach holidays, a pirate adventure playground has been created for the children at the Nordermole in Travemünde. The Priwall is a large, beautiful and wide beach with dunes. Also in Niendorf there is a beautiful sandy beach. You will find a dog beach in Travemünde at the end of the cure beach near the golf club or the sailing school Möwenstein as well as in Niendorf near the harbour.

Exclusive: towels and bed linen (for a fee of €15). Of course, the cottage ist provided with complete equipment, i. e. with bed linen and towels including shower sheets and also with a bathrobe per person. However, many of our guests expressed the wish for a discount for bringing their own linen packages with them. For this reason prices are already reduced by the discount.

The guest tax is from 01.01 -14.05 and  15.09 -31.12: € 1,60 per person and day.
From 15.05 -14.09: € 3,- per person and day.
