MARITIM-RESIDENZ, 29th.floor, 64,5 qm, two bedroom apartment for 2-4 persons. The furniture are in sweet cherry and teak. In the living room is a sofa, armchair, seating cube in leather, coffee table, sideboard, wall bed ( two separated mattresses), two side tables with lamps, dining table with four chairs, cable TV, stereo system. The living room is equipped with a big rug and a carpet runner. In the corridor is a mirror. In the bedroom are two built-in wardrobes,a double bed (two separate mattresses),two bedside tables with lights. Fully equipped built-in kitchen in sweet cherry, electric stove, baking oven,microwave,kitchen hood, large refrigerator with freezer. The bathroom is high quality with built in cupboards, corner shower with seat, golden taps and indirect lighting. Balcony furniture and two awnings available..Non-smoking appartement.

Bed linen and towels are inclusive. No pets allowed . Underground parking garage available only on request for € 7, - per day. Final cleaning € 40,-

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not inclusive in your booking and need to be paid separately.
01.01.-14.05. and 15.09.-31.12. € 1,40 p.p./day. 15.05.-14.09. € 2,80 p.p./day.

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck Travemünde Marketing GmbH, will charge you € 29,00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment.
For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage .Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).
