The visitor's tax is from 01. 01. - 14. 05. u. 15. 09. -31. 12. : € 1,60 per person and day 15. 05. -14. 09. : € 3.- per person and day.
Due to the current energy price situation, from 01.10.2022 an electricity surcharge of € 2.00 per day and for stays from 01.10.-30.04. additionally a heating surcharge of € 3.00 per day must be paid. These surcharges are not included in the rental price (invoice amount)
With your binding reservation an initial payment of 25% of the total price and a minimum of € 50.00 will be charged.
In case of cancellation
- more than 8 weeks prior to your arrival the initial payment will be charged as a cancellation fee
- between 8 weeks and 4 weeks prior to your arrival a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will be charged
- between 4 weeks and one day prior to your arrival a cancellation fee of 80% of the total price will be charged
- on the day of your arrival, in case of a no-show or an early check out 100% of the price will be charged
Payment: Our down payment at the conclusion of the contract is 25% minimum € 50,- balance payment at least 7 days before arrival. For rentals less than two weeks before the start of the rental period, the total amount is due immediately. Payment is possible by bank transfer, Paypal.
Arrival: from 15. 00 o'clock, other arrival times possible on request.
Departure: until 12. 00 o'clock
