We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living.

The Maritim hotel is located at the Baltic Sea beach, right at the mouth of the Trave and next to the promenade. The total height is 125m. The hotel rooms are placed from the 4th floor onwards to the 13th floor, on all other floors up to the 32nd floor are condominiums, which also can be rent partially as vacation apartments. All floors on the Maritim can be reached by an elevator. There are no public stairways only fire exit stairs. Also there is in 117 metres one of Europe's highest lighthouse: the maritime illumination atop the hotel, it replaced Germany’s oldest lighthouse, the Travemünder Leuchtturm.

NON-SMOKING APARTMENT, linen and towels (20,- €/Pers.) as well as final cleaning are included in the final price. Pets are not allowed. Minimum rental period 4 days, for a shorter period only on demand (to fill the gaps). Booking without linen and towels is no option.
You can book a parking card for € 10/night for the Maritim parking garage. Please contact us if you wish to book one.
You will find a covered outdoor parking space with holders for bikes next to the entrance of the residence.

Directions to the apartment:
Take the elevator up to the 15th floor. Turn right out of the elevator into the long hallway. You will find a wooden door on the right with the sign 326 A15, Kajüte. Please go through this door behind which there is a short hallway and then straight ahead you will see the apartment. 
Not included:
Daily card for the indoor pool in the MARITIM Hotel (depending on the capacity of the hotel) for € 10/day
Daily card for the indoor pool and the sauna in the MARITIM Hotel (depending on the capacity of the hotel) for € 25/day
Breakfast can be booked at the hotel. Please ask directly for price and capacity.

Please note that that during the summertime the beach will be cleaned up mechanically early mornings and there might be disturbances by noise. Seaweed might get washed ashore and then stored on the beach, which might cause unpleasant odors. None of these nuisances give a right to lower the price or ask for compensation.

Please note furthermore that there will be events along the promenade and on the beach – especially on weekends – and that it might get louder around those times. We also would like to point out that the Travemünder Woche, the second biggest world sail event, always takes place at the end of July. Please ask about the exact dates if you don’t want to book around that time.

The visitor tax is not included in the final booking price!
The tax amounts to € 1,60/night per person from January 1st to May 14th and September 15th to December 31st and to € 3,00 from May 15th to September 14th.

Cancellation:
If the tenant cancels the contract after making the down-payment the vacation rental service will withhold an amount of € 29,- as a service fee. The remain of the down-payment will be refunded.
If you cancel later than 60 days before the begin of your stay the full amount will still be due. We advise to a cancellation insurance, which you can contract up to 10 days following the booking. If we are able to rent the place for either the whole time period or at least part of it, the due amount will be diminished consequently. The tenant is allowed to name another person as a replacement.
