The Maritim hotel is located at the Baltic Sea beach ,right at the mouth of the Trave and next to the promenade. The total height is 125m. The hotel rooms are placed from the 4th floor onwards to the 13th floor, on all other floors up to the 32nd floor are condominiums, which also can be rent partially as vacation apartments. All floors on the Maritim can be reached by an elevator. There are no public stairways only fire exit stairs. Also there is in 117 metres one of Europe's highest lighthouse: the maritime illumination atop the hotel, it replaced Germany’s oldest lighthouse, the Travemünder Leuchtturm.

Non-smoking ,final cleaning is inclusive, laundry package ( bed linen, 2 towels,1 bath towel, 1 kitchen towel) can be booked additionally for € 12,50 per person. Afterwards it is only possible to receive the laundry package ( price is the same €12,50 per person ) at the tourist-information during opening hours.You have to change the bedding by yourself. No pets allowed. Minimum stay 4 days, less than 4 days only possible on request ( only to fill gaps, day between one booking and another)

ATTENTION: for this apartment, LEUCHTTURM and the apartment KAJÜTE is a collective parking card available in the Maritim parking garage.
This parking card is available on request- after advanced consultation - and ca be booked 14 days prior arrival for €7,00 per night.

Exclusive:
Daily card for use of the indoor pool in the MARITIM Hotel (depends on the capacity of the hotel) € 10,00
Daily card for use of the indoor pool and sauna in the MARITIM Hotel ( depends on the capacity of the hotel) € 25,00
Breakfast possible in the hotel, please ask for price and capacity in the hotel directly.

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not inclusive in your booking and need to be paid separately.
01.01.-14.05. and 15.09.-31.12. € 1,40 p.p./day. 15.05.-14.09. € 2,80 p.p./day.

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH, will charge you € 29,00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment.
For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage .Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).
