General information

We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living.

The apartment is located in a multi-family house in a central location, only 100 meters to the Travepromenade. Shopping facilities are nearby.

Additional information

Final cleaning € 40.00, bed linen and towels per person € 15.00 per stay. These extra fees are already included in the offer and in the booking. Nonsmoker. Additional towels and bed linen on request only if you stay longer. Non-smoking apartment. Pets, but no cats, are allowed for additional € 5,- per night (please inform us by booking).

WLAN (password is available in the description folder in the apartment).

A public parking place is in about 150 m for € 5,- per day. Public Parkingin front of the apartment with fee. A safe bicycles storage place is located at the backyard locked by a iron gate.

Travel safely:
Cancellation without risk with travel cancellation insurance. To ensure that you are compensated for possible financial losses in the event of cancellation or interruption of your stay, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

General information

Arrival from 2:30 pm / departure till 11 am
For your arrival : you will receive the keys to your accommodation at the Tourist-Information in Travemünde, Am Leuchtenfeld 10a (tel : +49 4502 99890 153 / 154). During the main season (Easter-October) you may arrive Mo-Fr between 2:30 and 6 pm and in the winter time (November-Easter) Mo-Fr between 2:30 and 5 pm. You will find the exact opening hours under Tourist-Information Travemünde ( travemuende-tourismus.de ). Outside opening hours the keys will be awaiting you in a key safe next to the side entrance oft he Tourist-Information Travemünde. Please ask early enough for the informations about your access code for the key safe. Dear guest, if you did not register a cellphone number or an email address in your booking procedure, please look out for yourself in case of a late arrival for our opening hours under fewo@luebeck-tourismus.de or call one of the phone numbers above so that we can give you an access code to the key safe otherwise we can not guarantee for a smooth arrival.
