Das alte Fischerhaus (renoviert) befindet sich in Mitten der Travemünder Altstadt und besteht aus drei abgeschlossenen Wohneinheiten - 2 modernen Ferienwohnungen und einem Gästezimmer. Es ist nur wenige Meter vom Travemünder Hafen entfernt. Der Strand oder die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Hafenbahnhof und Bushaltestellen sind nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt.
Bed linen, towels, final cleaning and parking place are inclusive. Pets are not allowed. Non smoking in the apartment (smoking is possible outside). WiFi (access key you will get directly from the owner). Bicycles parking on the property, behind the house. Cozy and comfortable sauna for use on request. Washing machine and dryer for use available for long stays.
With a stay of 3-6 nights there will be an extra charge. Also there will be an extra energy flat rate of € 5.00 per day. The energy flat rate will no longer apply in 2025. These extra charges are already inclusive the total.
Attention: Due to construction site, the way to the appartment is only possible via "Auf dem Baggersand 28a, next to the fire department from 21 st of November 2022 onwards.
The way to the parking place:
Please return back to the Torstraße towards Lübeck (crossroad REWE). At the traffic light go straight ahead. At about 20m behind this traffic light turn left into a small street (opposite side is the entrance to the REWE supermarket parking place). This small and narrow street, a sandy way, you have to follow to the end ( dead end) . Attention: Please fold up your side mirrors of the car! Please also drive slowly and carefully. At the end is located the parking place only for the Haus Piccolo. The way back to the Torstraße is next to the neighbour's property, along the Volksbank, through a gateway towards the Torstraße. From the parking place you will also come to the terrace of the Haus Piccolo.
Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel the booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel later than 30 days before arrival, the entire rental fee must be paid. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
Arrival from 2.30 pm / departure until 11 am
For your arrival: you will receive the keys to your accommodation at the Tourist-Information in Travemünde, Am Leuchtenfeld 10a (tel: +49 451 8899700).
During the main season (Easter-October) you may arrive Mo-Fr between 2.30 and 6 pm and in the winter time (November-Easter) Mo-Fr between 2.30 and 5 pm. Outside opening hours the keys will be awaiting you in a key safe next to the side entrance of the Tourist-Information Travemünde. Please ask early enough for the information about your access code for the safe. Dear guest, if you did not register a cellphone number or an email address during your booking procedure, please write us a message in case of a late arrival during our opening hours under fewo@luebeck-tourismus.de or call one of the phone numbers above so that we can give you an access code to the key safe otherwise we cannot guarantee for a smooth arrival.
