Apartment complex at the beginning of the Kaiserallee, directly at the beach promenade.
In the building is an underground parking garage. Lift is available.

Bed linen (€ 10.00 per person), towels (€5.00 per person), energy costs (electricity, water, gas and heating, one-off € 10.00), final cleaning (one-off € 70.00) and underground parking space No. 47 (€ 5.00) are already included in the offer/booking. Danger! The underground car park entrance is very narrow! Lift available. Free WiFi. Non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

A bicycle cellar is located in the basement, if you go out of the elevator to the right, through a door (with the apartment key), then the first door on the left. Outdoor parking is available here directly in front of the house on the promenade.

Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).

Children on request and with an additional fee: 0-1 years € 10, children 2 - 12 years, € 20.00 always per day and child. No occupancy of more than 2 adults possible.

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.
1. 1.-14. 5. and 15. 9.-31.12. € 1.60 p.p./day
15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day

Easy cancellation:
A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 3 days prior to your arrival. A cancellation after this point will be charged at 90% of the rental price.
