General information

We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living.

The mezzanine apartment with two teraces is located in a quiet residential area (dead end) on the high bank on the northern outskirts of Travemünde in a very good residential area. The forested part of the Baltic Sea with hiking and biking trails along the Baltic Sea is immediately adjacent.
The beach, as well as a sailing and golf club are in the immediate vicinity.

Please be so kind and do not leave the door key inside the door. If you do so you can not open the door from outside anymore!

Additional information

Bed linen , towels , final cleaning are included in the total. No parking place belongs to the apartment, but free parking is possible on the street. No pets are allowed. Non smoking apartment.

The apartment is only bookable from saturday to saturday ( 7 or 14 nights ). Minimum stay 7 nights. If you would like to extend your booking 1-5 nights you have to pay the weekly rate.

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.
1. 1.-14. 5. and 15. 9.-31.12. € 1.60 p.p./day
15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
