We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living.

Quiet housing complex. 500m distance to the Travemünder golf course and 300m to the natural area Brodtener Steilufer. The Grünstrand can be reached in 5 minutes walking distance, where you can find bathing jetties into the Ostsee.

Additional information

Bed linen,towels, final cleaning and underground parking place No.43 or outside parking place No.71 are inclusive. Non-smoking apartment, pets are allowed ( € 5,00 per night - please inform us by booking! ), dryer use with extra fee ( coins only).

W-LAN is free of charge - the access code is in the apartment.

The apartment is not suitable for kids under 14 years and is not requested by the owner.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor ( lift available), coming from the lift you have to go straight ahead through the door. Them you have to take the second door on the left side ( Pabst/Pohl)!

Information to the underground parking place No.13/43 ( 2nd place on the left side): the entrance to the underground parking garage is on the left next to the apartment building. Please drive on the parking place - behind is the entrance to the underground parking garage. Important is to open the underground parking garage that you have to close the door lock with the key first , it is on the left at the side wall , when you drive on the parking place.

Liability: Park at your own risk.It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage .Please pay attention of your car size ( width and height).

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not inclusive in your booking and need to be paid separately.
01.01.-14.05. and 15.09.-31.12. € 1,40 p.p./day. 15.05.-14.09. € 2,80 p.p./day.

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH, will charge you € 29,00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment.
For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

General information

Check in time begins at 2.30 p.m./Check out: until 11:00 a.m.The flat keys you can pick up at the tourist information, located inside the train station Travemünde Strandbahnhof (+49-4502-99890-153/154) Bertlingstreet 21. Outside our opening hours you receive the flat keys from the TOTAL petrol station Öhlckers, Moorredder 1a, next to the police office, in Travemünde, until 10 p.m.
