Apartment complex in the Kaiserallee opposite of the lawn of sunbathing. Lift is available.

Bed linen, towels, table clothes and final cleaning are inclusive. Free WIFI available, please find the code in the apartment. No pets allowed. Non smoking apartment. Underground parking garage Nr. 121 (driveway to the garage on the left next to the Strandredder Nr. 8). Bicycles can be stored in the underground garage. It is not allowed to take the bicycles into the apartment. Telephone available, but only for calls in Germany.The key for the underground parking garage is signed with number 33.
Attention: Please be so kind and unlock the upper key lock at the door to the apartment first and then the lower one. Thank you!

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.
1. 1.-14. 5. and 15. 9.-31.12. € 1.60 p.p./day
15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day

Cancellation policy: 
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).
