General information

"Clara Seijer" is a heritage house, lovingly restored (art nouveau), country style with five holiday apartments and two holiday homes at the back (the old washhouses). It is situated right in the centre of Bad Schwartau.
Everything is nearby: supermarkets, restaurants, the cinema, the Holstein Thermal springs, the forest and spa gardens, the train station and ZOB, the central bus station.
The bus (line 10) to Lübeck has a stop 100 metres from the market (there are also farmer’s markets here on Wednesdays and Saturdays).
Parking spots are available free of charge at the back of the building.
We are a non-smoker-house.

Included in the price: bed linen and towels, final cleaning, a parking space, power, use of the washing machine and dryer, a cot (linen not included) and a highchair, WLAN
Excluded from the price: visitor's tax € 1.65 (per day/person), dog € 6.00 (per day), phone fee of € 0.05/per unit.

Easy cancellation warranty until 31.12.2021:
A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 3 days prior to your arrival. A cancellation after this point will be charged at 90% of the total price.

Cancellation policy from 1. 1.2022: Up to 30 days before departure 10% of the rental price, up to 7 days before departure 75% of the rental price, then 100%.

Exit the motorway at Bad Schwartau. Follow the signs to the town centre and then the signs for “Sereetz” in the town centre on the right. After you pass the market place, we are located in the 5th building on the right (reception is at Geibelstr. 14, the 7th building on the right).
