Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not inclusive in your booking and needs to be paid separately.
01.01.-14.05. and 15.09.-31.12. € 1.40 per person/day. 15.05.-14.09. € 2.80 per person/day.

In case of cancellation/withdrawal from contract by tenant up to four weeks prior to arrival 25 % of the rental price (minimum € 50.00 ) will be charged as compensation. Two to four weeks prior to arrival 50 % and afterwards 80 % of the rental price will be due unless an alternative tenant can be provided. The lump sum price will be charged in case of cancellation on the start of the term of lease, non-arrival or departure ahead of time.
