We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living.

Apartment complex next to the Skandinavienkai.

Additional information

Bed linen, towels, final cleaning, underground parking garage Nr. 45, use of the indoor pool are inclusive. No pets allowed. Roof-top terrace with Trave view for joint use. Extra charge for sauna. Storage room for bicycles in the basement. Washing machine / dryer on the ground floor with coin slot.

Liability: Park at your own risk.It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage .Please pay attention of your car size ( width and height).

Visitor's tax: 01.01.-14.05. and 15.09.-31.12. € 1,40 p.p./day. 15.05.-14.09. € 2,80 p.p./day.

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH, will charge you € 29,00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment.
For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
