We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living.

The Maritim hotel is located at the Baltic Sea beach, right at the passage of the river Trave into the Baltic Sea and next to the promenade. The total height is 125m. The hotel rooms are placed from the 4th floor onwards to the 13th floor, on all other floors up to the 32nd floor are condominiums, which also can be rent partially as vacation apartments. All floors on the Maritim can be reached by an elevator. There are no public stairways only fire exit stairs. Also there is in 114,7 metres one of Europe's highest lighthouse: the maritime illumination atop the hotel, it replaced Germany’s oldest lighthouse, the Travemünder Leuchtturm.

Non-smoking, final cleaning is inclusive. Bed linen and towels € 20,- per person (are already included in the offer/ booking). No pets allowed. Minimum stay 4 days, less than 4 days only possible on request (only to fill gaps, day between one booking and another). It is not possible to book the apartment without bed linen and towels.

Free WIFI: Terms and conditions of use: By using the free WIFI in the apartment you are accepting the terms and conditions of use of the owner of the apartment. Also the performance of guarantee minimum bandwidth can not be guaranteed. The terms and conditions and the current password for the free WIFI you will find in the apartment.

You will find an outdoor parking space for bikes with holders next to the entrance of the residence

Parking card available in the Maritim parking garage. This parking card is available on request - after advanced consultation - and can be booked for
€ 10.00 per night.

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).
