We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living.
The Maritim hotel is located at the Baltic Sea beach, right at the mouth of the Trave and next to the promenade. The total height is 125m. The hotel rooms are placed from the 4th floor onwards to the 13th floor, on all other floors up to the 32nd floor are condominiums, which also can be rent partially as vacation apartments. All floors on the Maritim can be reached by an elevator. There are no public stairways only fire exit stairs. Also there is in 117 metres one of Europe's highest lighthouse: the maritime illumination atop the hotel, it replaced Germany’s oldest lighthouse, the Travemünder Leuchtturm.
Linen, towels (€18,- per person), final cleaning (€ 75,-) and underground parking space included in the final offer/booking price. Parking space Nr. 231 on the underground floor. The key for the bollard hangs on one of the apartment key rings. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT. Pets are not allowed. You will find the WiFi-Password in the apartment.
You will find a covered outdoor parking space with holders for bikes next to the entrance of the residence.
Safe travel: cancellation without risks with a cancellation insurance
To be able to cancel or interrupt your stay without a financial loss we recommend to contract a cancellation insurance.
The visitor tax is not included in the final booking price!
The tax amounts to € 1,60 per night per person from January 1st to May 14th and September 15th to December 31st and to € 3,00 from May 15th to September 14th.Visitor's tax:
Cancellation:
If the tenant cancels the contract after making the down-payment the vacation rental service will withhold an amount of 29,- € as a service fee. The remain of the down-payment will be refunded.
If you cancel later than 60 days before the begin of your stay the full amount will still be due. We advise to a cancellation insurance, which you can contract up to 10 days following the booking. If we are able to rent the place for either the whole time period or at least part of it, the due amount will be diminished consequently. The tenant is allowed to name another person as a replacement.
Arrival from 2:30 pm / departure till 11 am
For your arrival: you will receive the keys to your accommodation at the Tourist-Information in Travemünde, Am Leuchtenfeld 10a (tel: +49 4502 99890 153 / 154). During the main season (Easter-October) you may arrive Mo-Fr between 2:30 and 6 pm and in the winter time (November-Easter) Mo-Fr between 2:30 and 5 pm. You will find the exact opening hours at the Tourist-Information Travemünde (travemuende-tourismus.de). Outside opening hours the keys will be awaiting you in a key safe next to the side entrance of the Tourist-Information Travemünde. Please ask early enough for the information about your access code for the safe. Dear guest, if you did not register a cellphone number or an email address during your booking procedure, please look for our opening hours, in case of a late arrival, under fewo@luebeck-tourismus.de or call one of the phone numbers above so that we can give you an access code to the key safe otherwise we cannot guarantee for a smooth arrival.
