The apartment is luxuriously customized with a sunny balcony to the sea.
The nice holiday apartment is situated directly at the sea close to the nature reserve of the steep coast of Brodten. Garage for your car. Free use of cycles, nice garden behind the house.
With only few steps you reach the beach or trail through the wonderful nature reserve of the steep coast of Brodten. Sailing ship rental/ sailing courses/Golf court situated closed to the holiday apartment.

Additional information

The price includes the free use of the garage, two cycles, bed linen, towels and table-ware cloths.

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not inclusive in your booking and needs to be paid separately.
01.01.-14.05. and 15.09.-31.12. € 1.60 per person/day. 15.05.-14.09. € 3.- per person/day.

Pets cost € 10.00 per day.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation 85 days or more prior to arrival will incur only a fee of € 50.00.
In case of cancellation 57 to 84 days before arrival 25% of the rental price will be charged.
Cancellation 0 to 56 days prior to arrival will incur 100% of the rental price.

Day for check-in and check-out: Saturday. For individual agreement concerning the arrival and departure day please contact the landlord.
Check-in from 2.00 p.m. onwards
Check-out at 11.00 a.m. or according to agreement.
Please fix a key-handover three days prior to your arrival with Mrs. Pittroff (please see the landlord's website for contact details).

Reservation: Online or directly with the renter (please see the landlord's HOMEPAGE for contact details). The bill will be settled directly with the landlord.

Minimum length of stay: seven days. For individual agreement please contact the landlord.
