We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living.
Quiet housing complex. 500m distance to the Travemünder golf course and 300m to the natural area Brodtener Steilufer. The Grünstrand can be reached in 5 minutes walking distance, where you can find bathing jetties into the Baltic Sea.
Bed linen, final cleaning and underground parking place nr 47 are inclusive. Towels are not inclusive and can be booked additionally for € 25,- per stay please be so kind inform us by booking. Non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed, washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the basement (with Euro-coin slot). Important and helpful information e.g. house rules you will find in a folder in the holiday apartment.
Description to the underground parking place: The underground parking place shows the sign Nr. 60/ parking place 47. The entrance to the underground parking garage is left next to the apartment. Please drive on the parking place first and then behind is the entrance to the underground parking garage. Important: to open the gate of the underground parking place you have to first lock with the key, the key hole is on the left in the wall at the entrance to the parking place.
Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).
Bicycle storage facilities are located in the basement hallway.
Free WIFI: Terms and conditions of use: By using the free WIFI in the apartment you are accepting the terms and conditions of use of the owner of the apartment. Also the performance guarantee of minimum bandwidth can not be guaranteed. The terms and conditions and the current password for the free WIFI you will find in the apartment.
Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Easy cancellation warranty:
A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 3 days prior to your arrival. A cancellation after this point will be charged at 90% of the total price.
Arrival from 2:30 pm / departure till 11 am
For your arrival : you will receive the keys to your accommodation at the Tourist-Information in Travemünde, Am Leuchtenfeld 10a (tel : +49 4502 99890 153 / 154). During the main season (Easter-October) you may arrive Mo-Fr between 2:30 and 6 pm and in the winter time (November-Easter) Mo-Fr between 2:30 and 5 pm. You will find the exact opening hours under Tourist-Information Travemünde ( travemuende-tourismus.de ). Outside opening hours the keys will be awaiting you in a key safe next to the side entrance oft he Tourist-Information Travemünde. Please ask early enough for the informations about your access code for the key safe. Dear guest, if you did not register a cellphone number or an email address in your booking procedure, please look out for yourself in case of a late arrival for our opening hours under fewo@luebeck-tourismus.de or call one of the phone numbers above so that we can give you an access code to the key safe otherwise we can not guarantee for a smooth arrival.
