Our cancellation policy for individual bookings: In case of no-show of the guest or in case of late cancellation, we will charge 100% for the first night of the room rate. However, we will make every effort to re-let the unused rooms if possible, so that you will not incur the cancellation costs. A free cancellation is possible up to 2 days before arrival.
The cancellation policy for small groups of 2 to 4 rooms: Free cancellation up to 1 week before arrival Cancellation between the 7th and the 3rd day before arrival (16.00) 20% of the total price.
